The restaurant on Elba Island “B. Bistrot” is the gourmet, slow food proposal of Baia Bianca Suites, a true culinary oasis by the sea, an interpretation of traditional Tuscan cuisine offering food of 5-star hospitality standards. Close to Portoferraio and Procchio, it welcomes guests with unique class and an unmistakable style: the white furnishings and wood setting enhance the breathtaking panorama (you can experience a moving sunset) and the colours of the fresh dishes.
The restaurant’s philosophy is centred on valorisation of the (fresh and local) produce and oriented towards the rediscovery of taste as an experience. We pursue our goals thanks to highly qualified staff and a continuous search for the best ingredients, chosen according to the natural change of the seasons.
