From Pisa airport to the ferries in Piombino the car journey is less than 1 hour. There are several ferry options from Piombino to Portoferraio, the journey can take between 30 and 60 minutes depending on which company you decide to take (we recommend Corsica Ferries which makes the crossing in just 30 minutes or the Moby, Toremar and Blu Navy companies). You can cross with or without a car.
